"We have had a family policy with Jose Jimenez for YEARS, we were informed that two of our vehicles were denied renewal. We understood and went about to find a new insurance for them, they had given us a date by when we needed to find new insurance (3 month grace period). We had continuously asked if it would only be those two vehicles and not the family plan. Then with no notice or report when calling to make a payment we were informed that they would no longer be insuring us for the upcoming month for all the vehicles. We had NO NOTICE, just a casual "Oh did you know". This was super unprofessional from their part, we could have been given a notice like they had with the other vehicles and not given us the run around. We are completely disappointed."
